Terms & Conditions
Welcome to DragonReach Online (“DragonReach,” “the Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DragonReach Online, including the Game, website, accounts, multiplayer services, and related features.
By creating an account, accessing, or playing DragonReach Online, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region.
Where required, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for a minor.
2. PLAYER ACCOUNTS
An account may be required to play DragonReach Online.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
DragonReach may allow multiple characters per account. Character names must be unique where required and must follow the Community & Game Rules.
Do not sell, purchase, transfer, or share accounts except where DragonReach expressly permits it.
3. GAME LICENSE
DragonReach grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and play the Game for personal entertainment purposes.
This does not give you ownership of DragonReach Online or its software, artwork, characters, world, systems, or other intellectual property.
4. VIRTUAL ITEMS, GOLD & CHARACTERS
DragonReach may contain virtual items, equipment, gold, currencies, characters, XP, levels, cosmetics, and other virtual content.
Virtual content is intended for use within DragonReach Online and does not represent real-world money or a financial investment.
Unless officially authorized, virtual content may not be sold for real-world money.
5. PLAYER TRADING
Players may trade eligible items or in-game currency using supported systems.
Always review a trade before confirming it.
Scamming, exploiting trades, duplicating items, or manipulating the trading system through bugs is prohibited.
6. CHEATING, BOTTING & EXPLOITS
Bots, unauthorized macros, cheat software, modified clients providing unfair advantages, unauthorized scripts, or other prohibited automation are not allowed.
Knowingly abusing serious bugs or exploits for an unfair advantage is prohibited.

7. PLAYER CONDUCT
Players must follow the current DragonReach Online Community & Game Rules.
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, or other appropriate moderation action.
8. GAME UPDATES
DragonReach Online is an actively developed game.
We may add, remove, rebalance, or modify items, skills, XP rates, drop rates, quests, monsters, bosses, areas, currencies, equipment, or other gameplay systems.
9. MAINTENANCE
DragonReach may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. GAME PROGRESS
Reasonable measures may be taken to maintain player progress and game information, but no online system can guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted.
Where appropriate, we may correct accounts affected by confirmed exploits, duplication, technical errors, or data corruption.
11. PURCHASES
DragonReach may offer memberships, cosmetic content, DLC, additional worlds, or other paid features.
Prices and included content will be shown before purchase.
Purchases made through third-party platforms may also be governed by those platforms' terms and refund policies.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
DragonReach Online and its original logos, artwork, characters, locations, monsters, music, text, software, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized copying, selling, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
DragonReach may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, distribution, Discord integration, payments, analytics, security, or other functionality.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
14. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Never share your password or authentication credentials.
DragonReach Online staff will NEVER ask you for your password.

15. MODERATION
Depending on the circumstances, moderation actions may include:
- Warnings
- Mutes
- Temporary suspensions
- Permanent bans
- Removal of exploited items or gold
- Correction of illegitimate progress
- Character-name changes
- Feature restrictions
Serious violations may result in immediate stronger action.
16. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms or Game Rules, cheating, exploitation, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or serious disruption of DragonReach Online.
17. DISCLAIMER
DragonReach Online is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We cannot guarantee that the Game will always be available, completely free of bugs, or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DragonReach Online and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the Game.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated as DragonReach Online changes.
Material changes may be announced through the Game, website, Discord, or other official channels.
If a material update requires renewed acceptance, players may be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to play.
