Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DragonReach Online handles information through its website, game, accounts, and launcher. Contact dragonreachonline@gmail.com with privacy questions.
1. Information used by DragonReach
Account information includes your email address, account identifier, and information supplied through your chosen sign-in provider. Your sign-in provider processes authentication credentials under its own privacy policy.
Character information includes names, appearance, levels, XP, inventory, bank, equipment, coins, quests, achievements, location, and other saved progress. Information you submit to support can include your email address, messages, and attachments.
Connecting to online services can generate technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and service or security logs.
2. How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, remember your session, load and save characters, display rankings, provide game features, respond to support requests, and protect the service against abuse.
3. What other players can see
Character names and ranking information can be visible in public leaderboards. When you use multiplayer or social features, information such as your character name, appearance, messages, and shared gameplay activity may be visible to other players. Avoid putting personal information in character names or public messages.
4. Service providers and third-party links
Authentication, cloud storage, and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. Google sign-in is subject to Google’s privacy policy. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends a request from your browser to Google.
Links to external services, including community or distribution platforms, take you to services governed by their own policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or the service.
5. Cookies and local storage
Browser storage and authentication technologies support remembered sign-in, preferences, and local game information. Signing out and clearing browser storage can remove locally stored information but does not automatically delete cloud characters. Clearing local saves before copying or exporting them can cause progress loss.
6. Storage, retention, and security
Cloud information is processed on the infrastructure used to operate DragonReach and its service providers; processing locations may differ from your country. Information is retained as needed to provide the service, handle support or security issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ for active records, logs, and backups.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private. DragonReach staff will never ask you for your password.
7. Your choices and requests
You can manage characters through available account controls. Deleting a character does not necessarily delete your account, support messages, logs, or backup copies.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email dragonreachonline@gmail.com. Identify the relevant account without sending a password. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, including any required retention and response deadlines.
8. Younger players
Players must meet the minimum age requirements that apply where they live. A parent or guardian should contact dragonreachonline@gmail.com if they believe a child has provided personal information without required permission.
9. Policy updates
This page will show the current policy and its last updated date. Material changes may be announced through the website or other official DragonReach channels.
